Cycling along the Mediterranean thousands
For the first time in my life I spent a few days of Holy Week and Easter week in the south, in search of good weather. Interestingly, this year has been better in my Cantabrian time in the Mediterranean, but we were able to take five days in Denia (Alicante). Some sightseeing, some good miles on bike, a little sun and pretty good food. Can not ask for more.

Copd How Long Do You Live
Longing
.
B ajan when the shit flies
calls smell the stench of death
feel the pressure of a bed died without
grow in mass as
flies Like flies living death
As flies die from death
feel the cry of death passed
As death at the mouth of the flies die
His death flies in his mouth
claims.

Is It Illegal To Watch Snuff?
1250
The last time I rode 200 km (125 miles) was in June 2009, when I toke part in the “Quebrantahuesos”, a cyclotourist race across the spanish and french Pyrenees. It was a bad day for me, because I finished very tired. Since that day I had a lot of health problems (anemia,…) and in July 2009 I had to stop riding wholly.
It was in August 2010 when I started felling better, but in October doctors said me I had an Acoustic Neurinome (a benign tumor) into my head, and in January I was operated, but they couldn’t remove the Neurinoma because of some problems in the surgery. So, I must be operated again, probably in September.
Meanwhile, I starter riding again in February and past Holly Thursday I reached 2000 km (1250 miles) when I rode for 200 km in one stage, 22 months later.
I feel very happy and day by day stronger. My next goals are the “Ligthouses Route” in the island of Menorca the 7th of May, and the Liége Bastogne Liége Cyclo the 11th of June in Belgium.
Note : I writte this post in English to give thanks to all the people who read this Blog from California, and other english spoken parts of the World.

The image of bikers and politicians
Hubo un tiempo, no hace muchos años, en el que la imagen de los ciclistas de cara al público general era buena, incluso muy buena. Los ciclistas de antaño (pero not very long ago) for many athletes were a noble, self-sacrificing, courageous, almost heroes.
Instead, cyclists Hogan (come on, those of today, do not look to the dictionary) for many are almost a drug, some cheaters, what do you get for what they get and not what who sacrifice and those who earn a lot of races are closer to being suspected of something being heroes. How did
past few years from one situation to another so different? Is it that riders of recent years have increased to levels embarrassing fondness for doping and resort to illegal practices, such as transfusions and so on?
I do not think that where before there was only sacrifice and hard training will happen in a short time to a widespread doping and increasingly irresponsible. It is true that doping exists and has existed, but I think that the level of doped current cycling is so infinitely higher than before and many seem to believe. I do believe, on the other hand, in 90 there were some years that the use of doping increased, as the EPO, which came into use then, was a big advantage to those who used and in practice was undetectable in controls. Great benefit, minimum risk. Two conditions were attached an almost irresistible temptation.
But a few years ago that changed, so I at least see it.
Of course the trap is always ahead of legislation, but today, with advances in the fight against doping, the bulk of the illegal practices are detectable, and which are not too expensive to be used by the peloton.
And if this is changing and the firing party ever cleaner, why not begin his public image to overcome?
I think the answer lies in the actual fight against doping. More and more is invested in the controls and the estates that do (federations, competitions, equipment, etc.) Are interested in publicizing every effort is made to fight against doping. But this should be positive and should improve the image of cyclists, you may have the opposite effect. If someone is not very keen on cycling and every time I hear about cycling in many cases he hears are the hundreds of controls that are made, the money spent on them, etc. maybe the message that remains is that cycling is a sport where you have to make many checks, so you will think is that if you have to make as many checks will be because there are so many cheaters. In contrast, for example, as other sports do not hear that many controls will be made in these sports because almost nobody uses the trap.
Therefore, my opinion is the same I said one day a professional cyclist and veteran, must fight against doping, but not be talking all day on doping.
And what has this to do with politics to which I allude in the title of the post? Well, I think there are parallels. A few decades ago, politicians had a much better than today. However, nowadays most people think, I think unfairly, that the one in politics is to take advantage or even to steal everything you directly. Even in the polls for many people one of the country's problems are the politicians themselves. Politicians also see this problem and the games are broadcast as news on their positions must sign a commitment to ethics and the like.
I think we're the same thing. If someone hears that the offices of a party must sign that they will be honest, what we think is that many positions are not and therefore it is necessary that public commitment.
Well, it's just a reflection that I issue from this col.
