Hi girls! I wanted to talk a bit about my day yesterday which was quite exciting. Yesterday I went to my doctor, Dr. Jacono is a plastic surgeon here in NY who helping me with some scars and other projects in reference to domestic violence. I was notified they would have somebody to do my makeup and I was very excited because I had never been made-up by another person much less a professional. When you get there I know the makeup artist and another woman who was with him. Aryn Quinn and Johnny were Dosse, Aryn is the founder of a foundation called Beauty Cares (beautycares.org) that helps victims of domestic violence to increase their self-esteem and organize events where they make wholesale changes or makeovers to victims and Johnny is a professional makeup artist who works with celebrities like Beyonce and TV sets like Desperate Housewives and Project Runway and makeup these events free to the victims. I do not know any of the two or even knew of this foundation, despite being a survivor and of course I was happy because you know if makeup is I'm happy!

Well, they offered their services to do my makeup for pictures that the doctor wanted for a project which I will speak if given early and got down to work. The experience was wonderful and I think I will attend an event that this foundation is the end of the month and next week I'll be filming some stuff and I think they'll be there for my makeup and I am super happy.
